1. What is 'I'm Your Virtual Assistant'?
I'm Your Virtual Assistant is a company which provides clients with both personal and virtual assistance.
These services include but are not limited to: organising events, translations, document writing, proofreading, running errands, arranging travel, making appointments, personal (online) shopping, remembering special occasions, maintaining your agenda and any other tasks which I can assist you with.
2. How does the service work?
Send a detailed e-mail to me with your request or alternatively call my mobile number and speak to me personally.// Await a reply from me with an offer.// If you agree to the offer, I will commence the task and complete it within the agreed deadline.// Upon completion of the task, you will receive an invoice by e-mail which has to be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
3. What are the working hours of the virtual and personal assistant?
You can call or send your request 24/7, 365 days of the year and the working hours vary depending on the task but your task will be completed Monday-Sunday depending on the agreed deadline.
4. Who can use the services offered on www.imyourva.com?
The service is available to anyone over the age of 18.
5. Who can use the virtual service?
This service is available to anyone who is 18 years and older, from all over the world.
6. Which services are virtual?
The virtual service is a service which does not require you to meet with me, the assistant, face-to-face in order for the task to be completed. These services include but are not limited to: writing of documentation, proofreading, translating and internet researching.
7. Who can use the personal service?
This service is available to anyone who is 18 years and older, who lives, works or studies in Amsterdam or who plans on visiting Amsterdam and wishes to make use of one of the personal services that I'm Your Virtual Assistant offers.
8. Which services are personal?
The personal service is a service offered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, where you will meet with the PA face-to-face prior to the task commencing. These include but are not limited to: errand running, personal shopping, planning and hosting of small to medium sized events and any other tasks which I can assist you with.
9. Is it possible for the client to cancel a task after the PA/VA has already started the task?
Yes, but you will still be invoiced for the hours that the PA/VA has already spent on the task, despite it being incomplete.
10. Can the PA/VA cancel the task after it has already started?
Should I, due to unforeseen circumstances have to cancel the task prior to the task being completed, you, the client will be invoiced for the hours already worked on the task.
11. Is it possible to claim a full refund after the task has been completed and paid for?
Once you have paid the invoice you are not entitled to a refund. However, with all 'written' tasks such as translations, the writing of documents, proofreading, Excel and Powerpoint assignments you will be provided with a draft of the requested task prior to receiving the final version, allowing you to make any necessary suggestions or amendments.
